I wrote this because I have been approached countless times over the past 20 years working as a professional visual artist and arts educator by parents who sought advice for how they could encourage their highly visual and creative kid. During these conversations there have been several things that came up again and again, those are the things I decided to put down to paper.

I am offering this for just a buck, as this is really an effort to gauge interest in a larger endeavor that I am pursuing.
